The choices are between EU GDPR and Custom Consent.
The EU GDPR is pre filled with all the European Countries and a standard GDPR Privacy policy, but it can still customized. The Custom Consent is highly customizable and you can pick the countries and the message.
All Other Locations (Default segment)
Every Geo Consent setup includes a built-in All Other Locations segment at the bottom of the location segment list. This segment acts as a fallback for any visitor who does not match any of your configured location segments.
By default, the All Other Locations segment is inactive — visitors who do not match any location segment will see no consent banner.
You can activate it by toggling it On and configuring its Form Design tab. This lets you display a generic consent banner to all visitors worldwide who are not covered by a more specific location segment — useful when you want a catch-all consent experience without having to enumerate every country.
