Cookie Time

Specify a cookie time to show the popup only once in the time frame

Written by Team

If you prefer the popup to be shown only once for a visitor, then you can use the cookie time setting to specify a time in hours that will prevent the popup from showing again to a particular visitor.

There is no limit on the number of hours. For example if you want to prevent the popup from showing for 30 days then you can specify 720 hours.

The hours field accepts decimal values for sub-hour suppression windows. For example, entering 0.1 will suppress the popup for 6 minutes — useful when combined with Exit Intent behavior.

Setting Cookie Time to 0 means no suppression: the popup will appear on every page load for every visitor.

The cookie is created at the moment the popup is displayed (not when the visitor closes it). This means that if a visitor clears their browser cookies, the popup will reappear on their next visit.
