Steps to cancel your subscription
Login to our dashboard
Open the 'Subscription' page
Click the 'Change Plan' green button
At the bottom, click on the orange button "Disable auto-renewal"
The option "I want to cancel my existing plan" will appear
Please contact us via live chat if you require any assistance with this.
Note: Cancelling your subscription will immediately stop all services and billing, however your account will still be active and your services will remain as is for future use.
