Card payments can fail for one of the following reasons:
Your card has insufficient funds when we try to charge it
Your bank has declined payment to us
Insufficient funds
If your card has insufficient funds, please ensure funds are present and re-subscribe to a plan. This will start a new plan and attempt to charge your card again.
Bank decline
If your card has sufficient funds, then the most likely cause (99%) of failure is due to your bank declining payment.
This can easily be resolved by contacting your bank to ensure:
Your card supports international transactions to Slovakia (we are based in Slovakia)
Transactions to us are authorized (ask the bank to go through failed transactions, find us and authorize us. Our company name is GeoTargetly, s.r.o.)
