Card payments can fail for one of the following reasons:
- Your card has insufficient funds when we try to charge it
- Your bank has declined payment to us
Insufficient funds
If your card has insufficient funds, please ensure funds are present and re-subscribe to a plan. This will start a new plan and attempt to charge your card again.
Bank decline
If your card has sufficient funds, then the most likely cause (99%) of failure is due to your bank declining payment.
This can easily be resolved by contacting your bank to ensure:
- Your card supports international transactions to Australia (we are based in Australia.)
- Transactions to us are authorized (ask the bank to go through failed transactions, find us and authorize us. Our company name is V&T Technologies Pty. Ltd. - Geo Targetly)
