If you are unable to login to Geo Targetly because you have lost your account email, we can help trace down your account.


To assist us in tracing down your account, please provide us with the following information:

  1. Your company domain e.g. acme.com

  2. Your company name

  3. Your full name

For security purposes, we will need to verify you are the actual owner of the account by matching payment information. Please provide the details below:

If you have paid by Credit Card:

  1. Credit card last 4 digits

  2. Credit card expiry date

  3. Last 3 payment amounts and dates

If you have paid by Paypal:

  1. Paypal account email

  2. Last 3 payment amounts and dates

Drop us a message with these details and we will get back to you with your account email. You can then request a password reset.

If you no longer have access to the email, we can change the email on the account.
