With Geotargetly, you can easily can transfer account ownership to another team member.

To do this, you need to change the email address associated with the account in the 'Settings' section of your Geo Targetly dashboard. This effectively transfers ownership to the new email holder.

You go to Settings and then Email and change it under "New Email" and then "Repeat New Email". This is possible only if your team member doesn't have account on a different dashboard, so make sure of this first.

After this is done:

  1. The new owner should click "reset password" on the login page.

  2. A password reset email will be sent to the new email address.

  3. They can then use the new email and set a new password to log in.

To confirm the change, the new owner should log in with the new email and verify they can access the correct account. If you encounter any issue with this, contact support and let us know!
